This might be a dumb question but I genuinely don't know the answer and figured someone here probably does, we recently moved our small storage operation into a unit that has slightly uneven flooring in a few sections, nothing dramatic, just old concrete that's cracked and patched in a couple spots over the years, and now I'm second guessing whether a standard pallet trolley is even going to work properly on that kind of surface or if we need something specifically designed to handle rougher ground, because the last thing I want is to buy something, get it delivered, and then discover it struggles or gets stuck every time someone tries to move a loaded pallet across those uneven patches, does wheel type actually make a real difference here, like are certain wheel materials better suited for slightly rough concrete compared to others, or is that more of a marginal difference that doesn't really matter unless the flooring is genuinely bad, also does load capacity change depending on floor conditions, meaning if a trolley is rated for a certain weight on smooth flooring, does that rating basically still hold on rougher surfaces or should you account for some kind of safety margin because of the added strain from uneven ground, while trying to figure this out I started comparing a few options and ended up looking through some
leading pallet trolley stockists in Dubai
just to get a sense of what features actually get highlighted for this kind of situation, but a lot of listings just say heavy duty or industrial grade without really explaining what that means practically for uneven flooring specifically, does anyone here operate in a space with similar flooring issues and have real experience with what actually works versus what just sounds durable on paper, also is it worth getting something with slightly larger wheels specifically for this kind of surface, or does that mainly help with things like curbs and thresholds rather than general unevenness across a floor, I don't want to end up buying something that technically works but makes every pallet move feel like a struggle because the wheels aren't suited for what we're actually dealing with day to day, so if anyone's had to consider floor conditions specifically before buying and found something that actually performed well under similar circumstances, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you before we commit to an order for our team.
